• All information supplied in the contract of enrolment is taken to be true and correct.
• The Campus shall be entitled to cancel this contract should the student supply false or incorrect information.
• The student chooses as his/her domicilium citandi et executandi the physical address given for the purposes of serving of any court processes, should legal action arise from this agreement.
• The student undertakes to pay legal collection costs on an attorney & client scale, including collection, commission & tracing fees, should the Campus institute legal action for the recovery of any arrear amounts.
• This is the full agreement between the parties & no indulgence granted by the Campus will be deemed to be a waiver of any rights of the Campus or operate as estoppel.
• No variation or consensual cancellation of this agreement will have any force or effect unless rendered in writing & signed by both parties.
• I hereby agree to contact the Institute of Bankers in South Africa personally in order to register for the examinations.
• I hereby agree that the Institute of Bankers in South Africa can withhold the above subject results if tuition fees are in arrears.
• I have read & understand the contents of the above contract.
• No cancellations accepted within 21 days of Course start date.
• Cancellation fee: Cancellation prior to 21 days: 33% of Course fee.
• Note: Seminars will be subject to demand.
